Notes This building is kinda famous in Melbourne, or at least it was in the mid 90's when it was built, or more correctly renovated, because behind here is an older building. What you also don't know if this this building it bright green and purple. I've always struggled to take photos of it, I always found it two busy and distrcting. It would turn out the answer was to turn it black and whote. Find some people to give it scale and bingo bango you are done.
