Greetings dear friends, welcome to my blog. Today I am once again joining the weekly contest Qurator's: ¡Hive Top Chef! | TV Snacks. There’s nothing better than having some light snacks to munch on while watching our favorite TV shows. The idea is to have snacks that are light, simple, and easy to prepare—ones that don’t require utensils to eat—but above all, ones that are delicious. With Holy Week coming up, fish and seafood are on the menu these days, so I used canned tuna and some shrimp as ingredients for my TV snacks. I bought some ready-made pastry dough to make pastries, which I filled with mozzarella cheese and sautéed, chopped shrimp. I also made some stuffed eggs; the filling was made with tuna, cooked egg yolks, mayonnaise, and salt. The white part of the eggs (the cooked egg whites) was stuffed with this mixture, so they served as little cookies.
