Happy start to the week, my lovely friends and food lovers! It’s a pleasure to be sharing with you again. I’m planning to share a whole week’s worth of recipes—let’s see if we can pull it off. To kick things off, what better way than to bring you my improved version of my whole-grain breads? To be honest, I was nervous about how it would turn out. I was exploring recipes, looking for one that would work with the ingredients I had on hand, until finally, I took the plunge and decided to give it a try. Now I’ll show you how they turned out, and I’ll admit, I was surprised by the result.
