It feels so good to make something yourself and enjoy it: a healthy, nutritious breakfast—and, as I said, something different for your mornings. And as you know, I’m on a diet. Although these days, as I’ve been following the meal plan my nutritionist gave me, I’ve been feeling a little bloated. But I guess that’s just my body reacting to eating things I’d stopped eating. Anyway, she has a private group for her patients, and she shares recipes and some of her meals there; among them, she posted her breakfast of oatmeal and banana pancakes. I said to myself, “I have to try these.” I looked up recipes and started cooking. They were easy to make, and I ended up with quite a few; best of all, they were super delicious.
