HI EVERYONE Dessert time is undoubtedly the moment my son looks forward to most. I made a quick cake using a blender – though you can also use a hand mixer – and it’s a light, moist cake that’s perfect for soaking in your favourite syrup. This is a great option for a quick and tasty cake. INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup white sugar 2 eggs 1 cup milk 25g, or 1/4 cup, cocoa powder 1 tablespoon vanilla 2 cups self-raising flour 1/4 cup raisins Syrup Chocolate ganache for decoration. PROCEDURE Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a thick mixture. Pour the mixture into a tin that has been greased with butter and dusted with flour.
