Hi, guys! Now I'm returning to the schedule I had before I decided to take four days off, and it's actually going pretty smoothly. I just need to re-enter all the items I'm already technically accustomed to, plus add a few new ones, five days in advance. I'm still using the penguin app to track my progress, and it's yielding good results. It's very convenient and practical; every day I can clearly see which areas require more attention. Right now, music and drawing are still struggling, but I'll make an effort to include them in my plans. As with other tasks, adding just ten minutes of each is enough to start, and then I'll see how I can expand this process. In general, this reliance on timers has proven to be very useful. Apparently, the brain doesn't get scared when it sees the end of a task in the foreseeable future, and it feels comfortable. Then you have to use it, which is what I'm doing.
