Hi, guys! A new week is starting, and I'm completely drained and out of energy right from the start. My pills haven't arrived, but after a break, I now have to re-adapt to them, and there's nothing good about that. They have a very difficult adaptation period, really difficult, so I've already spent two days in bed, unable to get up properly. I wanted to go for a short walk with the dogs, but an air raid siren sounded and there were explosions in the city. So I don't know if we'll be able to go for a walk or if I'll just have to get right back to my chores. I want to get back to the routine I had established for myself before my health started failing again. So, I plan to start using timers again as soon as possible to get back to the basics in each area where I need to be active. And let's not forget that I still have two areas I haven't gotten around to yet: music and drawing.
