Hi, guys! I've been going through a lot of changes in my life lately, literally in the last month, and I can't even imagine how I ever lived on a different schedule. And now I have no idea what will happen if I ever go back to the schedule I had before, because it feels so awful now. Now I'm in bed by 8 PM and asleep before 9 PM, waking up very early without an alarm, and it feels normal to me, and it's happening very easily. I've started to like this routine. It's just starting to work. I thought it would never work, but now it feels like it's actually the right thing. Two days ago, I started going on really long walks with the dogs, and now my daily active calorie intake has doubled, but I plan to increase it even more. But I'm not planning on increasing my calorie intake yet because I still need to lose twenty kilos, and I want to do it in the next three months. To do it before summer, it would be fantastic if I could buy new clothes that fit me well by summer. That would be a dream
