Hi, guys! Yesterday, the girls and I tested out Nordic walking poles. And I must say, the results were much better than I expected. I thought I'd just have a light stroll, but no, literally every muscle in my body was engaged, and today I'm feeling really sore. So, we'll take a break today and continue tomorrow, because I'm afraid we won't have enough strength today. Today, I'll probably replace step aerobics with some aerobics, trying to somehow make up for the daily active calorie deficit. But the poles were truly magical and provided a very specific workout, so as soon as my legs feel better, hopefully tomorrow, we'll resume training right away. I hope to return to gymnastics soon, so I think this will be a good warm-up before heading back to the gym. I'm currently on a month-long challenge to burn 1,000 active calories a day, and I don't want to fall off the wagon on the second day, so I'll be trying to achieve it today as well.
