Usual activity; stretching m, walking the dog on the trail, scrambled eggs and potatoes for breakfast. Had to get ready to onto a pre-op appointment for the upcoming hernia surgery. They took some information on my medications to let me know what to hold before the surgery. They didn’t want me wearing my wedding ring, but I could not remove it I told them (for like fifteen years). They had a guy come in to cut it off with a dremel type tool. Went to lunch at a cafe/bistro downtown where the hospital is located. We both had reubens. Since we could only finish half, we brought them home for dinner.
