_ Just today I wanted to write to you about how to handle the uncertainty in these moments when inside and outside Venezuela we are living a transcendent moment in our history. Human beings have the illusion of being in control of most of what happens in our lives, and in reality, it is just that, an illusion. Now, this illusion is healthy and necessary because there is no way to achieve our goals in life if we leave all the loose ends waiting for magical and ideal solutions: that people change from one day to the next without communicating our annoyances to them. Or to wish that the government systems of our countries improve without making changes in our private and public spheres. *Uncertainty is a part of everyone's life. Is it going to work? I would say: I don't know, but if I don't row hard in most of my goals, ideas, and projects I assure you that nothing will change.
