Splinterlands is a complex game, and it allows for various cards and strategies. Each fight is different as there are various rulesets applied, and this can give specific cards an advantage depending on how you use them. In this post, I talk about a great battle where I saw a battle where I won because I took advantage of the ruleset. Rule Set, Battle, and Plan The rulesets this time are Blood and Sunder and What Doeesn't kill you. This means all monsters gain the enrage and corrosive ward ability. There is also 26 mana available, and I can use any splinter except for fire and water. The thorns make it so that melee monsters have increased damage while the rest only get boosted speed when damaged. The corrosive ward also shows that melee monsters lose armor as they attack. This is quite interesting to set up. |Splinter|Mana Cost|Position|Reason| |---|---|---|---| |Aurelia|6|Summoner|+1 Health| |Dread Tafarian|9|1st|Heal| |Mad Gearhead|6|2nd|Reach| |Vicious Quilliun|5|3rd|Opportunity| |
