Several Russian Oligarch's have had their yachts seized in europe over Russia's invasion of Ukraine. I don't know much about the individuals and for all I know they're all upstanding businessmen. I picked Melnichenko for this meme because as far as I've been able to find, his was the biggest yacht seized. It looks like the kind of boat where you could hold a child bride auction like they portray in the movie Taken.
