Let's face it, it's rough out there for anyone trying to make ends meet...Which brings me to the question of the day... Would it be smart for these companies to show a bit more loyalty to their customers? I discuss that and present an off the wall idea that, if I still ran a business, might want to try to show my customers that I cared.
