Today was another different kind of day. I was invited to train at a new gym and accepted without hesitation. There was no payment involved; it was more of an exchange: they used my image to film content, and I simply trained as usual. A modern-day barter, I suppose. I did my usual quadriceps routine, but with cameras rolling, which was strange at first but then became part of the experience. I tried something new: the pendulum squat. And it's quite intense; it pushed me to my limit. On the 10th rep, I literally couldn't get up; I stopped a quarter of the way through, and my legs just gave way all the way back down. Total failure, but the kind that feels good. I was afraid of reaching failure on this machine, but the trainer encouraged me to keep going until the very end. In the end, I enjoyed the experience. Getting out of my routine, trying new machines, and pushing myself a little harder than usual. I think these kinds of days also contribute, not only to physical fitness, but also
