Today was another day of physical therapy, I did two sessions, two that were for the knee. I put weight on the leg for the first time in a month,and then I did like maybe an eighth of a squat, I did not want to push it too much. Then I did the physical therapy for my neck and shoulders that were sore from yesterday's workout.
