War is fought on several fronts, and in modern wars of drones and intercontinental ballistic missiles, it is unlikely that soldiers will be required on the battlefield. At least not in the numbers that the great world wars needed to play the game of killing strangers for the interests of a small group of people who care nothing for humanity. For people like me, living in a country far removed from what is usually called the "theater of operations" of world wars — which at this critical moment could unfold in the Middle East if "negotiations" fail. Personally, I don't consider myself someone fit for combat, nor do I have sniper skills, so I would be a useless element on the battlefield.
