Today I made the most of it and cooked the last bit of meat I had left. Lots of people say you shouldn’t eat meat during Holy Week, but if that’s all you’ve got, you’ve got no choice. Many people eat fish, but to be honest, we don’t eat much of it at home. The truth is, I got a late start on this dish and missed lunchtime.
