In February 2021 we bought a Home near the Sea in Nova Scotia, Canada and completed a full renovation in 7 months. The whole Bowes family was involved in this huge undertaking directed by @hendrix22 (The Certified Expert in Home renovations and *innovations.). Oma, Opa, his Sister and Brother in Law, even the children took part. It was a year of bonding and creating beauty. Fast forward to now: The Seaside home has officially sold and we're moving to a Farmhouse on 34 acres. (YASSSSSS I KNOW RITE!! Dream come true.) I decided to take these last few days before we leave to show off all the work we did here. This blog is about the Exterior. Before... After 😁 From 1980's large, painted cedar shake, light blue foundation, and dual chimneys to beautiful Cape Cod style shake, a dark grey foundation, 2 new decks, 2 new exterior doors, a peak for the basement entrance, and a 5 foot sliding door.
