I think this is the first post I'm writing here. It must have been over thirty years since I knew this building was abandoned. I even have a subconscious feeling that I can remember when this building or hall was first built. I'm not sure what the original plan was. There was a sign saying what was being built, but I can't remember. That was a period when this country was under sanctions and restrictions. Not exactly happy times and now they are not much better. In all this turmoil, whether we want to join the European Union or not. The building is located on a busy road, where my company is located where I work. And I almost regularly pass by it. But as far as I know, it is in a neglected state. That is, the construction stopped halfway. Lack of finances or some other reason, who knows.
