A year goes by quickly, much too quickly! And yet some of the things we experienced a year ago seem like an eternity ago. And that's exactly why I allow myself to look back every now and then, to bring back those memories and refresh them a little. And to enjoy once again what I experienced back then. At the end of last winter, we treated ourselves to a short trip to the Aizu region in the west of Fukushima Prefecture. We have been there quite often in recent years and I would love to go back there again right away. In Aizu, you encounter an unadulterated Japan that has a lot of local spirit and, above all, a lot of nature to offer. And today I have selected three pictures which perfectly capture the atmosphere of this region. In the first picture, we see strings of persimmons that have been hung up to dry.
