Yesterday, devotees were celebrating Chaiti Chhath, a festival to worship god Sun. Although Chhath festival is usually celebrated two times in each year, Chaiti Chhath festival occurs in the months of March-April, by then summer arrives. Second times, Chhath festival is held in the months of October-November, by then winter arrives. Most of devotees celebrate this festival in the months of October-November, because of winter season. Fasting becomes easy for them. Devotees can't consume anything even water. That's why most of them celebrate Chhath festival in winter season. However, few devotees celebrate it in the summer.
