Throughout our lives, we develop skills. Sometimes, according to our interests, other times automatically, performing continuous activities, whether studying or working. It is safe to say that we are designed to evolve personally, as long as we are committed, even unconsciously, to learning something new. Skills are always positive and help us in various situations, even if we can't imagine that something might be useful one day. But what if someone challenged us to choose a skill to learn in a month, with all the resources needed for learning guaranteed? Which one would I choose? I would choose public speaking. Not because I think it's easy, on the contrary, but because I believe it's a very important skill. A month of dedication to the art of learning to speak well and in public could not only break the horizons limited by my shyness, but also provide me with other professional opportunities.
