Last Sunday I was in the city of Rio de Janeiro and I honestly can’t describe it any other way. To me, it is the most beautiful city in the world. It’s impressive to walk through its streets and see the urban landscape blending with such a unique nature. The mountains, the peaks, the sea, everything feels almost unreal in its beauty. I’ve been to Rio de Janeiro a few times. Even though I live in another state, I’m relatively close to the border, so the trip takes around 2 to 3 hours. Still, this time felt special. It was the first time I went to a beach there. I took a few photos, actually just three during the whole trip. I chose not to stay on my phone. I wanted to experience that moment in a more immersive way, without distractions. We stayed at Praia do Recreio, me, my son, and my in-laws. My girlfriend was on duty, so it was just us.
