Hunehals borg or Hunehals Castle in Sweden, used to be an important Danish castle site around 1290. Nowadays you can see the ground formations, where the castle used to be. They have found items in several excavations and metal detections. In addition to walls, bricks and bones, they found 20 metal finds, a bone dice and about 10 beads for a necklace. Among the metal finds are; a coin dated 1310 - 1319 (from the time of the Danish king Erik Menved), spurs, bolt locks, crossbow arrows, sword hilts, knives, nails etc. Nordic history is full of kings, blood and conquering, and these are the places where the events took place.
