Carl Milles House in Stockholm I had a lovely time visiting the MILLESGÅRDEN MUSEUM in the summer of 2021! The museum showcases the beautiful house and studio where Carl Milles lived with his wife during his later years. Remarkably, their graves are enshrined as mausoleums within the museum. The house is a stunning example of Scandinavian design—simple yet functional and harmonious! I remember walking through and thinking, “Wow, I would love to live in a place like this someday.” One thing that stood out to me was how pricey everything is in Stockholm! I was a bit taken aback by the costs at the café where I ate, especially since I was unemployed then. But overall, it was a memorable experience! Cant wait to go back there someday!! 昔の写真を見ていると、「もう4年も経過したのかぁ～」と時間の経過の早さにただびっくりさせられる。MILLESGÅRDEN MUSEUM は2021年の夏に行った。美術館の中にはCarl Milleが晩年、奥さんと一緒に住んだ家やアトリエが美術館として整備されて展示されている。美術館の中に彼自身と奥さんのお墓が廟として安置もされている。スウェーデンを代表する芸術家のCarl Millesの家は本当にきれいで内装は北欧を代表するデザインで統一されていて、その機能性を重視しそしてかつデザイン性は失っておらず本当に素晴
