It had been on my mind for a while to make curtains for the minivan windows. Last night I went to the hardware shop and got bits to make up curtains. I had already the fabric to use so I just needed to get the other bits. Now, I wasnt ever intending to be doing any kind of sewing on these but the method I planned which I knew would be hit and miss , was to use glue instead of sewing. Ha - there must have been 100's of other men made curtains which used glue with no sewing threads lol I started on the back window because its got the morning sun shining though it, and I think would be the easiest to see if it worked well. This material has no other purpose and Im happy to be using it up so I dont have to store it anywhere or give it away. The front part of the van is full of bedding and fabric lol looks like I wont have enough eyelits for all the windows because some are hook shaped! I tied string onto the hook and next step was to put holes in the edge of the fabric to weave the string
