One of the things I regret not having access to while growing up is learning some vocational skill. Well, I wouldn't blame them, every parents has a way of letting their daughters live their ‘soft princess life'😅; and in their defense, heading to workshop right after school might make me lose concentration. They wouldn't want me to be on losing ends t both sides. That's quite understandable. But the world we live in now is beyond education alone; especially if you would be studying a course which is not professional later in high institution. Even if youd be getting a degree for a professional course, vocational skill would help a lot. Additionally, the world we live in now is beyond ‘ending up only in the kitchen later on’ If it had clicked in me, I could have persuaded then to let me during the breaks or holidays.
