There is one issue which needs utmost priority action and that is punishment against the crime of Rape. In my country, years are spent trying to prove the crime and at times with money power even the criminal gets away. I would like to pass a law that all rape cases should be dealt with within a month's time and the only punishment to be given is death sentence. When a girl gets raped, the criminal takes away her right to live with dignity, and the same should be given to them. The right to live must be taken away from them.
