It was another early start before dawn as the work day was filled with meetings and deliverables. I was at the gym early and after a quick warmup, I was hitting the weights to push my body as I was finally feeling better. However, it was rough getting back to the weights I left off two weeks ago. I got good sets in and distributed the workouts for the full body to get variety in. It took some time so did not get a cooldown but I did spend some time in the Spa for some recovery. Once I got to work it was heads down for the busy agenda. I was quite still at my desk most of the day so had to wait until later in the evening to get past my daily goal with some extra effort. I find myself in bed ready to get some catch up sleep as we get closer to the weekend. Still plenty going on so will remain this way for a while.
