I found myself up early again to get a workout in before the work day. I decided to go to the gym for my workout on the treadmill which entailed doing some walking hill intervals. I was enough to get my heart rate in Zone 2 while giving the legs a good workout. I went to the Spa a bit afterwards for some good recovery which included a couple of dips in the cold plunge which gave good energy for the morning. I was off to work after that for back to back meeting all day. Luckily, I had gotten ahead of a couple of things leading up to today as I had plenty of things to do at the end of the day when it was time to go home. I left things for tomorrow as I feel it may be a slower day despite my calendar saying otherwise. Almost at the weekend which will be welcomed for me for some rest and needed work for my projects.
