I was up later than usual as I needed to catch up on sleep despite the rest days across the weekend. It came in well as it gave me energy for the day ahead. I was able to go for a walk at lunch time for the Sun and getting the legs stretched. It was back to work after that but I was also able to get to my weekly strength training class at the gym today which was a positive. It was a rough class as the high rep count continues to challenge my body as it trained most muscle groups. I went light knowing that it will be enough and there were some I needed to take a break from. It was a great way to start the week as I seek some consistency again. After a shower, I was able to rest a bit bit kept busy given the game everyone wanted to watch. Hopefully it will not impact my ability for an early start tomorrow.
