I had to plan my day well as I stayed in bed an extra hour as my body continues to ask for more rest and recovery. I woke up to head straight to meetings as work as things remain busy. However, I found a spot before lunch to head to the treadmill for a 40 minute session of a good walk. I had my phone to keep work up to speed during the walk which worked well as I got back and had no delays for the rest of the afternoon. After an after hours call from work I had to take, I left to the gym as my heavy weight training session was due today. I was hesitant to go heavy but quickly got my confidence as the first set of lifts went very well. My back flared up towards the end which I hope will not persist. I headed to the Spa for thr jacuzzi hust in case it helps my back recovery tonight. Already looking forward to the weekend! This report was published via Actifit app (Android | iOS).
