Today didn’t start off too well—I was without power for several hours—but here I am, keeping a positive attitude. On the other hand, I’d been wanting to grab a coffee with my colleague and dental hygienist Maye for weeks, but we always ended up eating dessert—like ice cream or cake—putting off our favorite drink, since we both love it. On Saturday, a friend of hers gave us two coffees from the Dulce Pastel Café, which is right next to the dental clinic where we both work. We had the option to choose the coffee we preferred, so we went with a cappuccino.
