Hello blog friends, I'm a little late joining the Wednesday walk. I was visiting my mother, who lives in the city center, and since I'd read that one of the city's squares had finally been renovated after years of work, I decided to go there to see what the new square looked like. I'm sorry I don't have any photos of the old one to show you for comparison. Piazza San Lorenzo is one of the city's main squares. It used to be a very small square with a small pine park where you could often find elderly people sitting and chatting on the benches, surrounded by a parking lot. In the past, this square housed several medical offices connected to the old hospital located right behind the square. The new square is much larger than the old one, but in my opinion, it's less beautiful because there are no green spaces.
