The point is that there is no theme Undoubtedly, human beings are creatures of habit and routine. We reinforce this behavior if something gives us pleasure and satisfaction. As Carl Jung said, we humans do not like to think, that is why when we are given a guide or reference on how to act, we are filled with serotonin.
