The quietest poison: Assumption =============================== Have you ever lost someone or something valuable just because you “thought” you knew what the other person was thinking? Sometimes we prefer to create horror movies in our minds rather than sit down and have an honest conversation. The problem with assuming is that we give our fears the power to write our reality. When we lack clarity, our insecurity takes control and begins to create responses that the other person never gave. Assuming is basically suffering for something that may not even exist. As I always tell my students: Lack of communication ruins many things... when faced with uncertainty, don't assume, ask. The wall we build without realizing it Silence is not emptiness; it is a space that the mind often fills with the worst possible scenarios. That is why asking questions is not a sign of weakness or lack of confidence; it is the bravest act of respect towards the other person. An uncomfortable truth is preferabl
