Greetings dear gentlemen and ladies of Hive blockchain in the actifit fitness community, an awesome weekend at hand, hope your day's actifit fitness walk went well. My fitness health walk today took me from home to the Assembly ground at Mbiokporo for cleaning the facility so as to be fit for the assembly on Saturday and Sunday. The cleaning work of the facility is voluntary, hence response to such work is commendable as brothers and sisters turn up to contribute their efforts in keeping the facilities clean for the worship of acl clean and holy God. As you know I don't like sitting on the fence when it comes to doing anything in God's vineyard, so I made my decision to walk down here and engage in a sort of exercise by sweeping, dusting, tempting the bin and other areas I may be assigned. Everyone was as busy as a bee in their individual assign area. Bending to sweep the big car park enables me to exercise my angles and waist alongside my wrist. Seeing everyone busy working is a boost
