My Wedding Dress Revamp Me and my husband sat in our cozy sitting room, reminiscing about our wedding day. We started chatting about our outfits,the agbada he wore, and my beautiful iro and ipele ensemble. We had an idea why not give them a fresh twist.🤗 He decided to transform his agbada into trendy baggie trousers. And I wanted to revamp my traditional iro and ipele into a stunning gown. The mission was to blend our cultural heritage with modern style. Then we decided to re-transform it.I got hands on with scissors and needle. Cutting, sewing, adjusting it all .Playing with the fabrics, patterns, and textures of the iro and ipele, I crafted a gown that kept the essence of tradition but felt fresh. I wanted to honor the original outfit's elegance while giving it a new vibe. The process was therapeutic. Unpicking seams, laying out fabrics, envisioning the new design it all brought back memories of our wedding. I recalled how the iro wrapped perfectly, how the ipele draped elegantly. T
