I really don't know how I would behave or act as a mother-in-law but I will use my mom as an example. Now, my mom is this kind of Lady that whosoever are children brings home as their spouse she never has any objection, she welcomes everybody with an open arm the only time she has ever objected to any of her children spouse was when I brought back home my partner and with what has happened and what is happening now I totally see reasons with her and I'm happy she objected. My elder brother to the best of my knowledge has dated four different girls and each time he brings them home, mom is always all over the place trying to welcome them, trying to impress them not really impress impress but she is welcoming, even up to my sisters on the other hand, the times they bring their spouse (they are married by the way) to the house my parents never objected like anyone they bring she's fine with them. According to her "so far you're ok with the person and you're sure you're making the right ch
