π΄ββοΈ A day full of movement and strength πͺπ₯ Today was one of those days when activity blends into every part of life β naturally, without pressure, but still solid and effective π In the morning, as usual π΄ββοΈ cycling to and from work β my favorite way to start the day. A moment for myself, fresh air, and energy for everything ahead. And thenβ¦ 8 hours of preschool life π Creative challenges, kidsβ energy, costumes, play, emotions, and a million things happening at once. Honestly, no extra cardio needed here π After work, a quick walk to trainingβ¦ and thatβs where the real work began π πͺ GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING (first this month!) exercises with dumbbells tabata elements π₯ full-body strengthening and finally stretching, which my body truly needed π Then a calm walk back home π A moment to breathe, slow down, and feel that satisfaction. π Todayβs summary: β cycling π΄ββοΈ β walking πΆββοΈ (about 6 km) β strength training with dumbbells πͺ β over 28 km on the bike π΄ββοΈ β over
