As I gazed at the vast horizon, I remember feeling an excitement mixed with curiosity—could the same seawater be transformed into salt? "Could it turn into a salt for food flavouring or beauty products?" I wondered. Trusting my gut, I decided, "Oh well! Let me try, and even if it doesn't work, at least I'll know." So this is how it all started.... WHEN CURIOSITY STRUCK On weekends, we usually swim at our favourite spot in Au Cap, but this time we took the boat. Instinct nudged me to visit Il Soleil, just 3-5 minutes away. As we sailed towards the beachside of Il Soleil, the crystal-clear water always caught my eye.
