GNARS DAO NOUNSTACLE 2.0 – NOGGLES DELTA Presented by SKATEHIVE This Saturday, April 5th, at 2:15 PM, we will inaugurate the NOUNSTACLE 2.0 – NOGGLES DELTA sculpture, developed by skateboarder, artist, activist, anarchist, architect, and urban planner Pharrá Buarque. This is the second of a series of seven sculptures designed to create an open-air skateable art gallery. The concept behind this art series is simple and direct: bringing the visual identity of Nouns DAO—originally born in the two-dimensional pixel world—into the three-dimensional space. Along with this, it raises the question: Through what lenses do skateboarders see the world, and more importantly, skateboarding today? Additionally, the project seeks to spread awareness of Web 3.0 culture, blockchain technology, and alternative social networks/communities, showing skateboarders and others that there are options beyond the well-known and omnipresent platforms controlled by big tech companies.
