I know the difference between starting one's morning on a good note and a bad note. The latter can be awful in the end, and no one wants to relive that experience over and over. We all want to have a great and productive day and it all starts with our mornings. The morning is always an important part of the day as it determines how the rest of the day will be. For years, I have enjoyed my day and that's because of how I spent the morning and do not take it for granted. In fact, I have the principle of not taking breakfast unless I am done with all my work for the first part of the day. This is because I understand my body and once I've eaten anything, the rest of the day would be ruined, and I would find myself forcing things to go well. I have my morning routine I have adapted to for a few years now, and I can tell you that it has affected the most powerful part of each day. Waking up in the morning actually depends on my mood; sometimes I wake up as early as 5 am and other times, it
