Splinterland's : Collateral Damage/Reckless can lead to interesting battles. When I play Splinterland's, I do check my battle till the end and observe round by round that how the battle is progressing and what looks like the turning point of the battle. I analyze the battle to understand if my opponent has used better cards or better strategy to defeat me. if opponent has used better cards, then I may be limited as i have to purchase that card and it largely depend upon the price of card and available liquid balance. But if opponent has used the better strategy and those cards are also with me, then I have just to note the combination that opponent has used and repeat that combination or strategy on my next encounter in similar battle ruleset and mana limit.
