Ingredients: 400 grams of beans 2 carrots 8 sweet peppers 2 onions 2 bell peppers 2 tablespoons of sugar 4 liters of water 1 pinch of salt 10 garlic cloves Procedure: Soak the beans in a container with enough water the day before and leave them in the refrigerator. The next day, begin preparation by removing any impurities from the beans, changing the water, and placing them on the stove to soften. Add a pinch of salt and cover with a lid. One hour was enough
