Around El Morro Castle there is a whole natural atmosphere that is simply wonderful for photography. It does not matter which side of the bay you are on with your camera. An interesting scene is always waiting to be discovered. The light, the sea, and the architecture of the place combine in a very special way that makes it difficult to resist raising the camera again and again. If the sea cooperates, the spectacle becomes even greater. The waves crash strongly against its centuries old walls, lifting columns of water that seem to converse with the ancient stone. They are brief moments, almost violent, yet deeply photogenic. El Morro remains there, unshaken, like a silent witness to the passage of time and everything that has happened in front of its walls.
