When the problems (the imbalance) started, I thought they would resolve themselves over time or that it depended on my boss. I was wrong. Neither. I'm building that balance I needed, which was affecting both my personal and professional life, myself. No one else is going to do it for me. source I don't think it has anything to do with whether you work from home or an external office. I've worked in both fields, and I can assure you that I've always had to find a balance between these two aspects of my life. In fact, with every new job you get, you'll have to re-establish this balance. The key is organization. For working from home, I set schedules and stick to them completely. For example, if I decide to finish at six in the evening, I turn off my computer or disconnect from the internet and don't look at it again until the next day. That time is for me and my famil
