Hoy mi mamá recibió un mensaje que tenía rato esperando, el señor que le vende el pescado al fin tenía para ofrecer los platitos con mariscos combinados para preparar su tan anhelada paella, y para su felicidad venían con cangrejo, así que no dudó en pedir unos para que yo cocinara por supuesto, porque a ella le gusta mucho como me queda, aunque no sé si este plato sería una paella como tal, ya que no tiene camarones ni mejillones, pero supongo que cada quién puede ponerle sus ingredientes favoritos, así que por aquí les dejo esta paella de mariscos que preparé hoy en casita.
