For Week 310, our theme is “Emotion”, a perfect topic for reflection. To me, emotions are a mix of all kinds of feelings, ranging from positive to neutral and negative. Among the positive ones are joy, love, happiness, and the satisfaction of feeling fulfilled in various aspects of life. The neutral ones include boredom, indifference, and a lack of motivation; and the negative ones are those that end up causing a lot of harm, such as hatred, resentment, jealousy, and envy, among others. It’s important to learn how to manage these emotions and achieve a maturity that allows us to lead a balanced life.
